Yes, your account number will change. Look for a letter with the Lendmark Logo to arrive in the next week. This statement will include your new account number and payment instructions.

Q. Is the branch moving to a new location?

Most customers will still visit the same convenient location; however, the New Bern location is moving a few doors down within the same shopping plaza. Remember to look for the Lendmark sign!

Q. How do I pay my bill?

Bring cash or a check to your local branch. Web payments & debit card payments will be temporarily disabled during the transition. If you would like to pay by check over the phone, call 866-413-8340. Remember to have your account number, checking account number and bank routing number available when you call. We apologize for the inconvenience and we want to assure you this is temporary.
